The FCA’s Consumer Duty principle is very broad in it’s interpretation and whilst reviewing a person’s insurances is not set as a specific requirement, it does easily fall into the principle. The key things are to not ignore doing these reviews and also be super careful as replacement policies are huge complaints risk.
